"Shorely Amazing" is a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo located on the 11th floor of the Crystal Shores complex on West Beach in Gulf Shores Alabama.
"Sit N Sea" is a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo located on the 4th floor of the Island Winds West complex on West beach in Gulf Shores Alabama.
Both of these condos are the perfect spot for families to enjoy a great beach vacation! These condos are located within walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. Walk to The Hangout and enjoy live music, games and a great meal.
FOLEY ALABAMA RENTAL:
"HOMERUN HITTER" is a 4-bed 3-bath house that is centrally located in Foley Alabama. This home is ideal for families that are traveling for baseball, softball or soccer tournaments. This home is just a few minutes' drive from many great restaurants, fast-food eateries, YMCA, Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA amusement park, Waterville, the Sports Plex facilities, Zeks Marina, Walmart and several other grocery stores and so much more. You can hop in your car and be at the beach in less than 10 miles! This home is so close to OWA you can watch their firework show from the back yard!

The living room has a 55" SMART TV and has direct balcony access through the sliding door and an amazing view.
The master bedroom has a direct gulf view and direct balcony access, a king size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, a full master bathroom.
The over-sized balcony has an amazing view of the gulf and plenty of seating.
The kitchen in this unit is AWESOME and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals while you are there.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 32" Flat screen TV, DVD player and there is direct access to the main bathroom.
Full size washer and dryer in unit.
The unit is set up perfectly and will definitely be your home away from home.

Protect your vacation investment: Unfortunately hurricanes are a fact of life in the Gulf. We suggest that ALL guests purchase a CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (CFAR) insurance policy to protect their vacation investment. There will not be any refunds given for any unforeseen circumstance out of the owners control such as, but not limited to, family emergencies, beach closures, hurricanes, event cancellations, inclement weather, pandemics, government shut downs, temporary bans etc..... Please be aware of any exclusions the insurance plan you choose has before purchasing.
We require guests to provide us with a credit card so we can place a $500 hold on the card instead of collecting a security deposit. The hold is a pre approved amount that is not charged to the card unless there is damage to the unit or incidental charges due at check out.
Parking Pass: The HOA limits each unit to 2 parking passes per reservation. 1 parking pass is included with your reservation and will be on the counter inside the unit when you arrive. You must completely fill out the parking pass and place it in plain view on the dash or hang it from the rear view mirror of your vehicle. The HOA tickets vehicles that do not have the parking pass visible or if the parking pass is not completely filled out. Each pass is only good for 31 days. If you are staying more than 31 days or if you will be bringing 2 vehicles with you on your trip you will need to purchase an additional parking pass. If you need an additional parking pass let me know ahead of your arrival so we can get you taken care of. The unit owner or the HOA is not be responsible for damages to your vehicle should any occur.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The view from the master is awesome!!!
The second bedroom has a queen size and a twin-size bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second bathroom is only accessible from this bedroom.
The Living Room has a 55" wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV, a loveseat and a matching queen size sleeper sofa bringing the sleeping capacity in this unit to 7 guests.

" HOMERUN HITTER" is the name we came up with for this vacation rental. We chose this unique name because with everything there is to do nearby you definitely hit a homerun booking this property! This property is the perfect house to stay in for baseball, softball or soccer tournaments. Soccer tournaments at OWA is less than a mile away, Foley Sportsplex is 2.5 miles away, Gulf Shores Sportsplex is 8 miles away and Orange Beach Sportsplex is 12 miles away. The beautiful white sandy beach in Gulf Shores is less than 10 miles from this home!
This home is located in the very desirable Parish Lakes community in Foley Alabama. What makes Parish Lakes so desirable is its location. It is centrally located and is just a few minutes' drive from many great restaurants, fast-food eateries, YMCA, Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA amusement park, Waterville, the Sports Plex facilities, Zeks Marina, Walmart and several other grocery stores and so much more. On our property there is a small fishing lake in the back yard and full-size slate pool table for some family fun without having to leave the home. All of the TV's have a HDMI cord hanging down for you to hook your gaming system up so feel free to bring that along.
Our home has 3,352 square feet of living space. It is a 4 bed 3 bath house and is set up to sleep 10 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, the remaining two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the living room has a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed.
The large living room has tray ceilings, a ceiling fan and a 65" smart TV so you can log into your streaming channel and watch your favorite shows after a great day of making memories with your family.
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, smooth-surface cook top, microwave and a huge walk-in pantry. This kitchen has everything you need to be your home away from home.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 50" smart TV. The master bathroom has a double vanity, a tiled walk-in shower and a large soaker tub. Imagine spending the day with your family enjoying everything our area has to offer and being able to hop in the large soaker tub to relax and reflect on all the great memories your family made that day! You can lay in there relaxing as long as you want because there are two other full bathrooms for the rest of your family to use so there's no need to rush.
The other three bedrooms also have a 50"smart Tv as well. One of those bedrooms has a king bed and the other two have queen beds.
The laundry room in this home is great! It has a full-sized washer and dryer and a folding area. There are plenty of cabinets in the laundry room for storage.
There is a community fishing lake in the back yard so if you enjoy fishing bring your fishing equipment with you and cast away!

Smoking/Vaping is only permitted in the "outside open areas" of the property (yard, front porch, driveway etc...). No Smoking or Vaping is allowed in the enclosed areas (inside the home, Lania or garage area). To avoid extra charges, make sure you dispose of ALL ashes and cigarette butts properly and only smoke or vape in approved areas.
We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over who will be occupying the premises for the duration of the reservation.
Our calendars are up to date, and we accept instant bookings.
December 1st - March 1st we offer a snowbird discount to guests who stay 30 nights or more.
If the dates you have selected qualify for a discount, the discount is automatically applied and will be reflected on your quote.
