Upcoming Complex Improvements – Please Review Before Booking

The complex has scheduled improvements that may affect your stay. Discounts have been applied to affected dates to help offset these inconveniences.

QUIETER DATES: October 19–November 1, 2026, and November 21–December 6, 2026

Exterior painting is not expected to be noisy. Some beachside parking spaces may be unavailable, but an overflow parking lot across the street will provide additional parking.

NOISY DATES: November 2–20, 2026

Pool replastering and stairwell repairs will create noise daily from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. One pool will remain open at all times, but stairwells may be temporarily blocked during repairs.

LIMITED BALCONY ACCESS: December 1–11, 2026

Balconies will be inaccessible, and balcony furniture will be removed while the south side of the building is painted. Some beachside parking may be unavailable, with overflow parking available across the street.

Dog-Friendly Accommodations

Be sure to enter the correct number of dogs when making your reservation so your quote includes the applicable pet fees. A maximum of two dogs is allowed unless prior authorization is granted. If you wish to bring more than two dogs, please contact us for approval before booking.

• No aggressive pets.

• Dogs only; no cats

• Pets may not be left unattended on the balcony.

• Dogs must remain leashed whenever outside the unit.

• Dogs are not permitted on the beaches in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Parking

One parking pass is included with your reservation. One additional parking pass may be purchased upon request. Please let us know before arrival if you need a second pass so it can be left in the condo for you.

Rental Policies and Required Guest Information

After booking, guests are required to complete the following:

• Electronically signed rental agreement

• Completed guest list

• Copy of the primary renter's driver's license

Check-in information and door codes will not be released until all required information has been submitted and the security deposit hold has been successfully processed.

Guests who fail to complete the required steps and consequently do not receive their check-in information or door code are not eligible for a refund.

Security Deposit Hold

A security deposit hold will be placed on the payment card three days before arrival. This is a temporary authorization hold, not a charge. The amount varies by property and is disclosed during checkout.

Check-in instructions are sent after the required documentation has been completed and the security deposit hold has been successfully processed.

Contactless Check-In

Enjoy convenient contactless arrival. Your door code and arrival instructions will be emailed three days before arrival once all required documents have been submitted and the security deposit hold has been successfully processed.

Please make sure all required information is completed before your arrival date to avoid delays accessing the property.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 60 or more days before arrival: Guest receives 97% of payments received.

• 30–59 days before arrival: Guest receives 50% of payments received.

• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refunds.

• 24-hour grace period: Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided arrival is at least seven days away.

Please review the complete cancellation policy and rental agreement before booking.

Starter Supplies Included

We provide a limited supply of essential items to help get your vacation started:

• One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

• One roll of paper towels

• One small hand soap

• One trash bag per trash can

• One dishwasher pod

• One laundry detergent pod

Additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest's responsibility.
