Silver Beach Pet Policy

Silver Beach welcomes dogs in accordance with the condominium association's pet restrictions. The HOA has the following rules:

• Memorial Day through Labor Day: Maximum of 1 pet weighing 40 pounds or less.

• After Labor Day through Memorial Day: Maximum of 2 pets, each weighing 40 pounds or less.

• These are HOA regulations and cannot be altered or waived by individual owners or Terrys Vacation Rentals.

Please make sure your pets meet these requirements before booking. Also, remember that dogs are not permitted on Orange Beach public beaches, even though they are welcome in our pet-friendly condos.
