Extended-Stay Discounts

Dog-Friendly Accommodations

Silver Beach 202 welcomes dogs, subject to the community's HOA restrictions.

• Memorial Day through Labor Day: One dog weighing 40 pounds or less is permitted.

• Labor Day through Memorial Day: Up to two dogs weighing 40 pounds or less are permitted.

• Make sure your pet or pets are compliant with the HOA restrictions before booking.

• Enter the correct number of pets when making the reservation so you receive an accurate quote.

These are HOA restrictions and cannot be waived.

All guests bringing dogs must follow these rules:

• Dogs only; no other pets are permitted.

• Dogs may not be left unattended on the balcony.

• Aggressive dogs are not permitted.

• Dogs must be on a leash whenever outside the condo.

• Orange Beach does not allow dogs on the beach.

The Ocean Aire at Silver Beach 202 is professionally operated by Terrys Vacation Rentals. We focus on providing clean, comfortable, well-maintained vacation rentals and helping families enjoy memorable beach getaways.

We operate several vacation rentals in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama. If you're traveling with friends or extended family and need more than one condo, we have additional units in Silver Beach and nearby properties. Contact us, and we'll be happy to help coordinate accommodations for your group.

Important Property Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.

• Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

• Third-party bookings are not permitted.

• One parking pass is allowed per reservation and must be purchased in advance. A parking purchase link will be sent directly from the HOA by email before your arrival.

Rental Policies and Required Guest Information

After booking, guests are required to complete the following:

• Electronically signed rental agreement

• Completed guest list

• Copy of the primary renter's driver's license

Check-in information and door codes will not be released until all required information has been submitted and the security deposit hold has been successfully processed.

Guests who fail to complete the required steps and consequently do not receive their check-in information or door code are not eligible for a refund.

Security Deposit Hold

A security deposit hold will be placed on the payment card three days before arrival. This is a temporary authorization hold, not a charge. The amount varies by property and is disclosed during checkout.

Check-in instructions are sent after the required documentation has been completed and the security deposit hold has been successfully processed.

Contactless Check-In

Enjoy convenient contactless arrival. Your door code and arrival instructions will be emailed three days before arrival once all required documents have been submitted and the security deposit hold has been successfully processed.

Please make sure all required information is completed before your arrival date to avoid delays accessing the property.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 60 or more days before arrival: Guest receives 97% of payments received.

• 30–59 days before arrival: Guest receives 50% of payments received.

• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refunds.

• 24-hour grace period: Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided arrival is at least seven days away.

Please review the complete cancellation policy and rental agreement before booking.

Starter Supplies Included

We provide a limited supply of essential items to help get your vacation started:

• One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

• One roll of paper towels

• One small hand soap

• One trash bag per trash can

• One dishwasher pod

• One laundry detergent pod

Additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest's responsibility.
