Welcome to Crystal Shores unit 703!

Crystal Shores is a direct Gulf front complex. Every unit in Crystal Shores is 2BR/2BA and 1056 Sq.ft. Crystal Shores offers an indoor/outdoor swim through pool, hot tub, game room, fitness center, amenity area restrooms, and direct beach access. Ikes beach service sets up in front of the condo for guests to rent chairs and umbrella set ups from them. Guests can bring their own beach chairs and umbrellas if they want.

Crystal Shores 703 is a 2BR/2BA unit located on the 7th floor.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 end tables, a coffee table, 2 recliners, flat screen TV, balcony access and an unbelievable direct Gulf View!

The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, chest of drawers, TV, direct balcony access with a breathtaking view of the Gulf! The private on suite master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and an oversized vanity with granite top.

The over-sized balcony is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom and has one of the best views available in all of Gulf Shores!

The kitchen in this unit offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a bar area with seating for 3. In addition to the bar seating there is a dining table as well so there is plenty of room to have family dinners in this unit.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror and direct access to the main bathroom.

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo, large vanity with granite top, a door that goes into the 2nd bedroom and a door that goes into the main living area of the unit as well.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

The unit has hard surface flooring throughout!

EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED ON RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 30 DAYS OR MORE STARTING NOVEMBER 1ST - March 1st.

I have several units in this building so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.

Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old.

Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed.

Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $300, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.

Guests must adhere to all the policies and and follow all the rules and regulations within the rental agreement.

Guests must follow all rules posted on property of the unit they rent.

No 3rd party bookings allowed!

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
