Enjoy the best of both worlds at "Lovins Life Beach Cottage"! Located in Pass Time Cottages this home is just a short walk to the beach (approximately 5 minute walk) or the lagoon (approximately 3 minute walk)! This is the perfect location for your family gathering. Enjoy the day hanging out at the beach take an afternoon dip in the pool and finish the day off fishing in the lagoon. This beautiful, family-friendly home offers a full amenities package for you to enjoy while you enjoy some peace and quiet along the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

"Lovins Life Beach Cottage" is a dog friendly 4 bed-4 bath house. This unique property offers a main level bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with an additional 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs. Most beach cottages like this one do not offer a main level bedroom. The open floor plan effortlessly combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. The kitchen offers a full stainless steel appliance package, granite tops, drip style and k cup coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, pots, pans and plenty of dinnerware. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for your family! The dining area has a table with 8 chairs and the breakfast bar has seating for 4 as well! If you don't feel like cooking there are several dining options just a couple miles away.

Once the family is fed enjoy some relaxation and Gulf Views on the sundeck, equipped with comfortable chairs or make the short walk to the Lagoon to catch some fish or the beach to catch some waves or hang out in the pool (seasonally heated March and April only), the options are endless at "Lovins Life Beach Cottage"!

If you're looking for outdoor adventures, Gulf State Park is nearby, offering scenic hiking, fishing, picnicking, and roughly two-and-a-half miles of beach. Nearby you can also find zip-line courses, hot air balloon rides, Segway adventures, and more fun things to try.

The sleeping arrangements are setup perfectly to accommodate 14 guests! 3 of the bedrooms have King size beds and the 4th bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms have TV's and en-suite bathrooms.

Dog Friendly- Make sure you have the correct number of pets on the reservation so you receive an accurate price. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:

• All pets must be on the reservation.

• All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.

• No aggressive pets are allowed

• Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the home.

• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

Please Note:

1. check-in is 4pm | check-out is 10am.

2. no smoking or vaping in the house! Smoking is only allowed outside the house and in designated smoking areas throughout the common areas.

3. Dog Friendly- Make sure you have the correct number of pets on the reservation so you receive an accurate quote.

Parking notes: There is on-site parking available for up to 4 vehicles. The unit owner or the HOA is not responsible for damages to your vehicle or theft from your vehicles should any occur. Boats, trailers, campers and RV's are not allowed.

Other things to note:

1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.

2. A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.

3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.

4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed! Our goal is to provide a 5-star property for all of our guests! If you need anything during your stay with us or if you have any questions we can help with feel free to reach out, I am happy to help! Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.

Guest receives 97.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
