"Penthouse Hangout" provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable family vacation.
This recently remodeled condo boasts high-end finishes including solid wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and tile flooring throughout. It comfortably sleeps seven guests across two bedrooms and a living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a double bed, a twin bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and all necessary utensils. The living area features comfortable seating, a 58-inch smart TV, and convenient access to the balcony. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, a stacked washer/dryer, and access to the complex's outdoor pool (seasonally heated), BBQ area, and private beach access with an outdoor shower.
The condo's location is unbeatable. Island Winds East is a low-density complex situated near the main public beach and a short walk from The Hangout, a popular Gulf Shores restaurant and entertainment hub. Numerous dining options, souvenir shops, and local attractions are also within walking distance.

* Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM
* No smoking or vaping is permitted in the condo or on the balcony. Designated smoking areas are available within the complex.
* Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
Gulf Shores offers various family-friendly activities, including water sports, fishing charters, amusement parks, and live entertainment.
**Vehicle Registration and Parking:**
You will receive an email from the Homeowners Association (HOA) to register your vehicle and purchase a parking pass. Purchasing your pass directly through the HOA link provides a discounted rate compared to purchasing on-site. The HOA allows only one parking pass per unit. The onsite office, open 7 AM to 11 PM daily, is where you will pick up your pass. If your arrival is after hours, you can collect it the following day. For additional parking, Island Outfitters (across the street) offers paid parking; you can find their contact information via an online search.
**Important Procedures and Policies:**
* **Rental Agreement and Guest List:** After booking, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature on the rental agreement and a guest list. A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will be released only after this is completed within 24 hours. Failure to comply may result in cancellation upon or discretion.
* **Security Deposit:** A link to provide your credit card information to secure a $500 security deposit hold three days before check-in is also included in the email. The security deposit hold is processed through our booking software. Check-in details will not be released until the hold is successfully placed.
* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.
* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
* **Additional Units:** Should you require additional units for friends or family, please contact me; I have other properties nearby, including one in Island Winds West.
* **Extended Stay Discounts:** Terrys Vacation Rentals offers extended stay discounts on reservations that are 28 nights or more in November, December and January in all of our properties. In some units we offer extended stay discounts in February as well. If you are booking 28 nights or more contact us for a quote, we are always happy to help!
* **Starter Supplies:** A starter supply kit of 1 of each of the following (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher tablet, trash bag, laundry detergent) will be provided.

We love the Gulf Shores area and love to visit as often as we can. When we are away we choose to host families that are looking to have a great vacation and make lifelong memories with their families. One of our favorite things to do is go for a walk on the beach picking up shells and see all the families there having the time of their lives.
