UPCOMING COMPLEX IMPROVEMENTS – PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING

QUIETER DATES: 10/19/26–11/1/26 and 11/21/26–12/6/26 – Exterior painting is not expected to be noisy. Some beachside parking may be unavailable, but an overflow lot across the street will provide plenty of parking.

NOISY DATES: 11/2/26–11/20/26 – Pool replastering and stairwell repairs will create noise daily from 8 AM–5 PM. One pool will remain open at all times, but stairwells may be temporarily blocked.

LIMITED BALCONY ACCESS: 12/7/26–12/18/26 – Balconies will be inaccessible and furniture removed while the south side is painted. Some beachside parking may be unavailable, with overflow parking available across the street.

Discounts have been applied to affected dates to help offset these inconveniences.

Welcome to “SALTY TAILS & GULF SWELLS” Caribbean Unit 101, a newly renovated 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo at The Caribbean in Gulf Shores. This 1st-floor condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers easy beach and pool access without needing the elevator.

Cancellation Policy:

Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away.
