"SHORELY AMAZING" is the name we came up with for this 11th floor unit. We decided on this unique name because this unit has an amazing view of the gulf water crashing against the shoreline of the beautiful white sandy beach from the South balcony and the view of Little Lagoon from the North Walkway is just as amazing. "SHORELY AMAZING" is located in the Crystal Shores building on west beach in Gulf Shores Alabama.
This direct beachfront 2BR/2BA unit is located on the 11th floor. This unit has nine foot ceilings, crown molding, tile flooring throughout, solid wood cabinets and granite counter tops with a glass tiled back splash. It has a full size washer and dryer in the unit so there is no need to worry about running out of clean clothes or having to pack your dirty laundry somewhere to wash it. Free WiFi throughout unit.
The living room has a 55" SMART TV so you can log in to your streaming network account and start watching. The living room has plenty of seating with a leather queen sized sleeper sofa that has a 5" thick memory foam mattress and two leather swivel recliners. The unit will sleep 6 guests comfortably. The living room offers direct balcony access through the sliding door and a DIRECT GULF VIEW!
The master bedroom has a DIRECT GULF VIEW and direct balcony access through sliding doors as well. There is a king size bed in the master and a 32" flat screen TV. The master has a private full bathroom that is only accessed through the master bedroom.
The over-sized balcony has an amazing view of the gulf. There is a table/chair set as well as additional seating so there is plenty of room for everyone to set on the balcony sipping coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening watching the dolphins play.
The kitchen in this unit is AMAZING. When the unit was remodeled the floor plan was changed and the kitchen in this unit is the largest kitchen in the entire building. It has solid wood cabinets, granite counter tops, tiled back splash and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals while you are there.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed a 32" Flat screen TV with a DVD player just in case you have a little one that wants to bring their favorite DVD. There is direct access to the main bathroom through the second bedroom through an additional door. This bathroom is the main bathroom that has a second door leading out to the main living area.
The unit is set up perfectly and will definitely be your home away from home.
Special events like the Hangout Music Festival, labor day, the Shrimp Festival, and 4th of July book early so make your reservation now so you don t miss out on all the memories you can make with your family this year at the beach.
Crystal Shores is located on the less congested part of West Beach but still only 1 mile west of Hwy.59. This makes it perfect for families to enjoy a quiet get away but still be within walking distance to the heart of Gulf Shores. The State Park, the Hangout, the Shrimp Festival locale, and plenty of other restaurants and activities are all within walking distance. There are many other fun activities nearby which include: water parks, golfing, shopping, amusement parks, fishing, sailing, parasailing, jet skies……the list goes on and on! Pier 33 is a small grocery store that is located directly across the street.

Protect your vacation investment: Unfortunately hurricanes are a fact of life in the Gulf. We suggest that ALL guests purchase a CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (CFAR) insurance policy to protect their vacation investment. There will not be any refunds given for any unforeseen circumstance out of the owners control such as, but not limited to, family emergencies, beach closures, hurricanes, event cancellations, inclement weather, pandemics, government shut downs, temporary bans etc..... Please be aware of any exclusions the insurance plan you choose has before purchasing.
We require guests to esign our rental agreement, provide us with a guest list with the names of all of the guests that will be occupying the unit, provide a copy of a state issued photo ID that matches the name of the guest that esigns the rental agreement and provide a credit card so we can place a $500 hold on the card instead of collecting a security deposit. The hold is a pre approved amount that is not charged to the card unless there is damage to the unit or incidental charges due at check out.
Parking Pass: The HOA limits each unit to 2 parking passes per reservation. 1 parking pass is included with your reservation and will be on the counter inside the unit when you arrive. You must completely fill out the parking pass and place it in plain view on the dash or hang it from the rear view mirror of your vehicle. The HOA tickets vehicles that do not have the parking pass visible or if the parking pass is not completely filled out. Each pass is only good for 31 days. If you are staying more than 31 days or if you will be bringing 2 vehicles with you on your trip you will need to purchase an additional parking pass. If you need an additional parking pass let me know ahead of your arrival so we can get you taken care of. The unit owner or the HOA is not be responsible for damages to your vehicle should any occur.
