Parking Pass: You will receive an email from the Homeowners Association (HOA) for vehicle registration and to purchase your parking pass. IWW limits units to 2 parking passes but if you need additional parking, Island Outfitters offers paid parking across the street. Contact them directly for additional parking.

Special Offers: Discounts available for stays of 28+ nights during winter months (November to January) with potential savings in February.

Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
