• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.

• No parties.

• No third-party bookings.

• Island Winds West is a family-friendly complex.

Parking Information

Island Winds West allows up to two parking passes per unit.

After booking, you will receive instructions for purchasing your parking passes directly through the HOA. Additional paid parking is available across the street at Island Outfitters.

Rental Policies and Required Guest Information

After booking, guests are required to complete the following:

• Electronically signed rental agreement

• Completed guest list

• Copy of the primary renter's driver's license

Check-in information and door codes will not be released until all required information has been submitted and the security deposit hold has been successfully processed.

Guests who fail to complete the required steps and consequently do not receive their check-in information or door code are not eligible for a refund.

Security Deposit Hold

A security deposit hold will be placed on the payment card three days before arrival. This is a temporary authorization hold, not a charge. The amount varies by property and is disclosed during checkout.

Check-in instructions are sent after the required documentation has been completed and the security deposit hold has been successfully processed.

Contactless Check-In

Enjoy convenient contactless arrival with a digital door code. Your door code and arrival instructions will be emailed three days before arrival once all required documents have been submitted and the security deposit hold has been successfully processed.

Please make sure all required information is completed before your arrival date to avoid delays accessing the property.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 60 or more days before arrival: Guest receives 97% of payments received.

• 30–59 days before arrival: Guest receives 50% of payments received.

• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refunds.

• 24-hour grace period: Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided arrival is at least seven days away.

Please review the complete cancellation policy and rental agreement before booking.

Starter Supplies Included

We provide a limited supply of essential items to help get your vacation started:

• One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

• One roll of paper towels

• One small hand soap

• One trash bag per trash can

• One dishwasher pod

• One laundry detergent pod

Additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest's responsibility.
