"SIT N SEA" is a 2BR/2BA unit that sleeps 7 guests and is located on the 4th floor of the Island Winds West complex on West Beach in Gulf Shores Alabama. This unit has a direct oceanfront balcony with an AMAZING view! This unit boasts a beachside balcony with an AMAZING direct Gulf and beach view!

This unit is only a 1/4 mile walk to The Hangout and many other nearby attractions! You can walk to many restaurants and souvenir shops because the location of this complex is perfect. Many of our guests have stated in the past that they loved being able to grab their groceries and park their car for the week since they were able to walk to everything they wanted to do.

The living room and master bedroom have an AMAZING Gulf and beach view! The living room offers a leather sleeper sofa, 2 leather recliners that swivel and rock, a 58 inch wall mounted smart tv, a ceiling fan and access to the direct oceanfront balcony with a BREATHTAKING view that can not be beat in all of Gulf Shores!

The master bedroom features a king size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, 2 night stands, 32" wall mounted smart TV, double closet, master bathroom and an AMAZING Gulf and beach view!

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinets with granite countertops, countertop bar with seating for 5 guests, tiled backsplash and a wonderful Gulf View! The coffee maker in this unit does drip style brewing and k cups both.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a separate twin bed (NOT BUNKS), a ceiling fan, 2 nightstands with drawers, wall mounted 32" Smart TV, a closet and a private full bathroom

This unit also offers, tiled floors throughout, Wi-Fi internet and a washer and dryer in the unit so you don't have to worry with finding a place to do your laundry while you are there!

We offer extended stay discounts starting November 1st and ending March 1st on reservations that are 28 nights or more, and a full week discount on reservations that are 7 nights or more (Excluding peak season and holiday weeks) If your selected dates qualify for a discount the discount will automatically apply!!

Island Winds West amenities include Gulf access with a boardwalk, 2 elevators, an outdoor beach-side pool, a small kiddie pool for the little ones next to the beach-side pool, BBQ and picnic area by the pool, outdoor shower by beach access for rinsing off and brand new poolside restrooms!

Other things to note:
1. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival.

2. Guests will receive a link before their arrival date to register their vehicle and to purchase their parking pass. Upon arrival guests will pick up their parking pass at the onsite office. The price of the parking pass is not included with your reservation with me. The office is open 7am-11pm daily. If you arrive after the onsite office has closed for the day you can pick up your parking pass the next day when the office is open. Guests that pre register their vehicles and purchase their parking passes through the link provided are charged a lower price than guests that purchase the parking pass from the onsite staff upon arrival. Island Winds West only allows guests to purchase two parking pass.

3.There is a souvenir shop across the street, Island Outfitters, that does offer paid parking there as well if you need parking for more than one vehicle. For more information on availability and price you can contact them directly. Unfortunately this platform will not allow me to share the phone number so google Island Outfitters near Island Winds in Gulf Shores Alabama and it will come up.

I have one unit in the Island Winds East building and another in the Island Winds West building right next door so if you have a need for more than one unit feel free to reach out and we will see if we can get the dates to work out to accommodate your needs.

Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old.

Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed.

Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $300, on 3 days prior to the check in date. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.

Guests must adhere to all the policies and and follow all the rules and regulations within the rental agreement.

No 3rd party bookings allowed!

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
