"SIT N SEA" is the name we came up with for this 4th floor unit with a breathtaking Gulf view!! We chose this unique name because this unit is so close to the beautiful gulf waters that you can see the dolphins playing from the balcony. One of our favorite things to do while we're there is to sit on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee looking out into the Gulf watching the dolphins play. Usually, you can see them playing in the early mornings and evenings. "SIT N SEA" is located in the Island Winds West building on west beach in Gulf Shores Alabama.

The second bedroom has a queen size and a twin-size bed that both have Serta pillow-top mattresses and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second bathroom is only accessible from this bedroom.
The Living Room has a 55" wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV, a loveseat and a matching queen size sleeper sofa bringing the sleeping capacity in this unit to 7 guests. The balcony offers a breathtaking direct Gulf view and is accessed through the living room.
There is a full-sized stacked washer and dryer in this unit.
This unit has tile floors throughout.

Island Winds West is a low-density condominium and is right on the sugar white sandy beach and is located 1/4 mile west of Gulf Shores Pkwy on West Beach Blvd. This location is close to grocery stores, restaurants, water parks, amusement parks and golf courses. The condo is walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops.
Island Winds West also has a beach-side, seasonally heated, pool with a separate kiddie pool for a relaxing pool experience while looking at the beautiful beach and Gulf waters. There is also a small fitness room located on the second floor and a BBQ area with picnic tables close to the pool area.

NOTE: The price of parking passes is regulated by the HOA and prices are subject to change at the HOA discretion. The HOA currently charges $25 plus tax for each pass but that fee is scheduled to increase to $45 plus tax on 1/1/2023. The HOA requires guests to pay them directly for parking passes therefore it IS NOT included in your transaction with me. The office to purchase parking passes is located in the Island Winds East building next door on the ground floor by the pool on the west side. You may purchase up to 2 parking passes for this unit. During special events the HOA reserves the right to limit each unit to 1 parking pass.
Protect your vacation investment: Unfortunately, hurricanes are a fact of life in the Gulf. We suggest that ALL guests purchase a CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (CFAR) insurance policy to protect their vacation investment. There will not be any refunds given for any unforeseen circumstances out of the unit owners control such as, but not limited to, family emergencies, beach closures, hurricanes, event cancellations, inclement weather, pandemics, government shutdowns, temporary bans etc..... Please be aware of any exclusions the insurance plan you choose has before purchasing.
We require guests to esign our rental agreement, provide us with a guest list with the names of all of the guests that will be occupying the unit, provide a copy of a state issued photo ID that matches the name of the guest that esigns the rental agreement and provide a credit card so we can place a $500 hold on the card instead of collecting a security deposit. The hold is a pre approved amount that is not charged to the card unless there is damage to the unit or incidental charges due at check out.

This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. You can smoke on the balcony. Please make sure to dispose of all cigarette butts properly.
